This privately owned one-bedroom, non-smoking, split level condo is located on the ground floor at Coral Gardens at Grace Bay and is just steps from beautiful Grace Bay Beach – consistently ranked best beach in the world by major travel review sites. The first floor provides direct access to the pool and beach areas from your patio, as well as views of the breathtakingly beautiful ocean over the gardens and pool. This is one of just a handful of one bedroom fully equipped apartments directly on Grace Bay, where oceanfront is often reserved for multi-bedroom apartments.

The living area features floor to ceiling glass doors, a 42-inch plasma TV with DVD player, desktop stereo, and a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric griddle, pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery.

The master bedroom features a king bed, dressers, and HDTV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower; a second half bath on the lower level offers additional convenience. Daily housekeeping is available, including towels, paper goods, and toiletries. A communal self-serve guest laundry is available.

Walk directly from your patio to one of the two onsite pools or the beautiful Grace Bay beach. Beach service is provided daily and includes beach towels, lounges, and beach umbrellas. The is the only resort on Grace Bay where you can snorkel over a beautifully preserved coral reef directly from the beach in front of your room. If you have ever wanted to try scuba diving, this is the place to do it! Our concierge will help you arrange scuba lessons and dives, snorkel trips, island barbeques, iguana island tours, island cruises, horseback riding, parasailing, and more.

Also located on site is the Somewhere Café that offers beachfront dining with spectacular sunset views.

Provo is easy to get to: It is served by frequent non-stop flights from Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Newark, New York, Boston, and Toronto. This island is small and easy to get around. Taxis are readily available (but not Uber or Lyft), or you can choose to rent a car from one of the major providers (Avis, Budget, Hertz). Shopping and necessities are provided by two modern IGA grocery stores and tourism-oriented shopping is growing rapidly. Provo has many local restaurants to please any palate and our concierge can help you with reservations and transportation.

Payment Details

Nightly Rates are for two people, there is an extra charge of $35 per person per night. Rates do not include 12% government tax and 10% government mandated service fee. Rates include housekeeping, towels, beach services, and full kitchen; meals are not included. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival (subject to 5% credit card fee), non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of arrival (except for the Christmas holiday period when no refunds are available once booked). Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the condo.
